Refund Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if shipping process is initiated, or the product is out for delivery.
  2. The refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
  3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team along with GPS and timestamped photos and videos of the items. The request would be entertained after due diligence, inspection and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of products. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  4. In case of any refunds approved by Vanasvii Mushrooms, it will take 7 – 10 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Return / Replacement Policy

As the mushroom spawn have limited shelf life, we don’t entertain returns. We offer refund or replacement within first 3 days from the date of delivery only if such items are found defective or damaged. If 3 days have passed since delivery, you will not be offered a replacement or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a replacement, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) the item must have original packaging, (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange. Further, only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.

You agree that the spawn received shall be opened from the box immediately on receipt and kept in fridge/deep freezer for elongation of shelf life. The spawn shall be kept at room temperature for 24 hours before using for inoculation. The mycelium growth depends on various conditions like humidity, moisture, temperature, air exchange, CO2 level, light exposure, substrate quality, sterilization etc. So, it’s the responsibility of the farmers to make sure that they maintain ideal environment and cleanliness for ideal results. In case of defective product received, the GPS and timestamped photos and videos shall be shared immediately for replacement. If the same has been approved after inspection and the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. replacement / refund) will be processed in accordance with our policies.
